Verifying your accreditation is a required step when investing. And we’ve made that process simple for you.

This is a 506c offering and only available to investors who have been verified as accredited. If you’re ready to proceed, we need to verify you are an accredited investor. Click the button below and you will be able to create an account with our third-party verification partner, Parallel Markets. Then, simply follow the instructions to complete your verification. This entire process is completely free.

If we have an existing letter on file for you that is less than 90 days old, you can skip this step.
