Beginning her career through a summer internship opportunity, she has since built an extensive background in both onsite and corporate leadership roles, establishing herself as a results-driven leader with a passion for people and operational excellence.

Throughout her career, LaSha has managed and supported a diverse portfolio of property types, including Affordable Housing, Single-Family, Student Housing, Conventional Multifamily, New Construction, Lease-Up communities, and Senior Housing. Her expertise includes occupancy growth, delinquency reduction, revenue enhancement, expense control, asset stabilization, compliance oversight, and property repositioning.
