Carolina Jabara, Regional Vice President

Carolina Jabara joined Birchstone in 2023 as Regional Vice President. She oversees a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Atlanta area. With more than 25 years of multifamily experience, Carolina has directed operations on a wide range of multifamily assets, including garden-style, mixed-use, student housing, mid-rise and high-rise properties. She has worked for private companies, institutional clients and REITs. Her experience runs the full spectrum of property management, including renovations/repositions, acquisitions and new developments/lease ups.
